Luxembourg Declaration

ANATEL Seal
The Brazilian National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), independent from the Ministry of Communications, has granted its certification seal to the electronic system that controls Soltec's single-axis solar trackers.

This seal guarantees Soltec's customers in Brazil that the installation and use of their solar trackers with a radio communication system complies with current regulations in of safety and regulated technical functionalities. These certifications extend both to products manufactured within the country and to imported products, thus guaranteeing compatibility with local equipment.

Black & Veatch Management Consulting LLC reviews the data and measurement techniques used by Soltec to produce the technical tables in the document. Black & Veatch reviewed the methodology used by Soltec to generate the Technical Tables and affirms that the methodology is consistent with accepted industry practice.
FINAME Seal
The SF Utility single-axis solar tracker manufactured by Soltec has obtained the FINAME accreditation granted by the Brazilian National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES). The FINAME accreditation certifies the degree of nationalization of components required for customers to access the financing conditions offered by BNDES.
Argentine National Institute of Industrial Technology
Soltec has obtained the Product and Supplier Code (P) accrediting it as a local manufacturer in Argentina. This code, which can be consulted in the Renewable Energy Suppliers Registry (ReProER), was created by the National Institute of Industrial Technology of Argentina (INTI) to promote the use of renewable energies and local production.
